Client Service Representative

A licensed California real estate broker for more than 20 years, Nick built a successful career as a buyer, seller, broker and property manager of single family homes in the highly coveted Marin County market. When the market cratered in 2008, he saw an opportunity to make a change. As with most employees of RealFacts LLC, Nick started as a surveyor, moved on to the research department and was eventually promoted to Client Services Representative.  It was Nick’s recognition of the level of integrity and care put into the research and data collection process that motivated him to join RealFacts LLC on a full time basis.

Nick spends most of his day talking with our clients. He will answer all your questions and fill your orders.  Nick is probably the first person you’ll speak with when you call. He is patient and thorough and gives his undivided attention to the question at hand.  His philosophy is “how we can be a better data partner for our clients?”

Nick is unfailingly optimistic.  With his infectious smile and laughter, one can’t help but feel energized and enthusiastic.   He is a great friend and community builder.  He’s the sort of person who believes in the importance of sharing a delicious, nutritious meal and frequently brings us something he made at home, enough for everyone in the office.  As foster parents, he and wife Nikki devote most of their free time building a comfortable, supportive home life.
