Next on the list would be apartment renters in Irvine. It’s a sign that rent increases at larger complexes that RealFacts tracks are widespread.

Apartment rents back to pre-recession levels.  The average apartment in a large Orange County complex rented for $1,555 a month over the summer — $23 more than in the spring and up $63 in a year, according to apartment tracker RealFacts.

The last time tenants paid this much a month for an average unit was nearly three years ago in the fall of 2008.
