It was Sarah’s experience as a real estate broker that made her see how useful a database focused on apartments would be to all segments of the industry. She perceived a market niche and proceeded to create the product to fill it in partnership with her mother. Sarah was RealFacts sole sales representative for the first decade of its existence. Although she is no longer involved in the day to day operations of Realfacts, she continues to speak at conferences, write articles, and undertake special research assignments.

Sarah hopes to take advantage of her flexible schedule to do more traveling. She spent a year in London in Junior High and would like to repeat the experience of living abroad now that her own daughter, Alexandra is that same age. She goes to Yoga 3-5 times a week to stay in shape for anything that may come up from an archeological dig in Central America, to another trek in Nepal.
