Ramisha began working at Realfacts in 2005 as a surveyor doing the quarterly update. As her talents emerged, she was promoted to data entry and then to full time data research. Today, she manages the Realfacts database. Every quarter, she looks at the data entered for more than 3 million units. As part of her attention to detail, she created a query to locate any rent or occupancy that has changed more than 15% from the previous survey. Then she sets out to investigate the cause. She subscribes to many databases where she can check anything from an owner’s address, to a recent sale, to a major portfolio purchase. Ramisha “owns” the Realfacts database.

An avid reader of the Guinness Book of World Records, she likes to tell us the record for eating hot dogs or the longest finger nails. Ramisha was the winner of our Oscar pool last year, and vows that she will be able to do it again.
