Denise is the newest member of the Realfacts team. She came aboard in September 2008. Denise is the person you’ll talk to when you order any Realfacts report. She also provides support and service for online subscribers. Whether you want to add another user to your group, or expand your geographical coverage, she’ll help you succeed. She likes the challenge of extracting the data the client’s need, in the format they request. Her technical expertise makes it possible to customize the data and deliver it with the latest tools of the information age. If you want to know about products and services, Denise can help you over the phone or online. And, she does it all with a smile.

Denise developed her skills during her career as a web designer. She brings her social conscious, her strong sense of aesthetics, and her wide community network to her daily work. At Realfacts we turn to Denise when we want to do background research to understand a client’s needs, go online to find the perfect recipe, or learn about current events in the multifamily world. By the way, she’s also very knowledgeable about pop music of the last three decades and movies of any vintage.
